You can tell the quality the minute you open this bag. You can smell the freshness of these pecans because they haven't been sitting around in the supermarket forever. I do a lot of baking, and I either use walnuts or pecans in my different recipes. I chose these to put in a carrot cake that I was baking for a friend. I also use pecans in my salads, cookies, and just to munch on as a snack. These pecans were soft to chew and did not have a bitter taste. These were sealed nicely and tightly, and when I'm not using them, I put them in my refrigerator. These have no preservatives, additives, or artificial flavors. They're just the way nature intended Pecans to be. Quality costs, and these are worth the price.

Delicious Georgia pecans. The texture was excellent, size of the pecans were perfect and the quality in the taste and look were just as good as any ive ever seen. Definitely seemed fresh and recently harvested. Excellent value for the money considering how much a big bag like this cost at the market.

Fresh and flavorful pecans. At the time ordered, it was $19.99/lb, which is quite expensive in my opinion. If the price is no issue, the quality is great.
